Consent to the processing of personal data (when registering in the application)

                                        I freely, of my own free will and in my own interest in accordance with the requirements of the
                                        Federal Law dated July, 27, 2006 No.152-FZ “About Personal Data” I give my consent to the
                                        authorized officials of Keysystems LLC, located at: Maxim Gorky Ave. 18B, office 8, 428000,
                                        Cheboksary, Chuvash Republic (hereinafter - Operator) to process (any action (operation) or set
                                        of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of means of automation with personal
                                        data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification
                                        (update, alteration), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction),
                                        the following personal data: Full name; contact telephone numbers; e-mail address; other
                                        information strictly necessary to achieve the purpose of personal data processing, which is
                                        registration in the application.
                                        I am warned that the processing is carried out using paper-based media and means of computer
                                        technology, in compliance with the principles and rules of personal data processing provided for
                                        by the Federal Law dated July, 27, 2006 No.152-FZ “About Personal Data”, as well as the
                                        necessary legal, organizational and technical measures to ensure their protection against unlawful
                                        or accidental access to them, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, provision, dissemination
                                        of personal data, as well as against other unlawful actions in respect of the personal data.
                                        Consent may be withdrawn prematurely by submitting a written application to the Operator.
                                        I have been warned that in case of withdrawal of consent to the personal data processing, the
                                        Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without consent if there are grounds
                                        specified in subparagraphs 2-11, paragraph 1 of Article 6, paragraph 2 of Article 10 of the
                                        Federal Law "About Personal Data".
